Let us talk about events!
Event Business Association (SBE - Stowarzyszenie Branży Eventowej) and the Banking and Financing Center „Nowy Świat” organized a Great Networking Debate „Moods of the Event Business”.
The meeting took place on Wednesday, 14th September 2011 and it started at 5.30 pm.
First, we invited the participant for a tour around the former seat of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers Party (KC PZPR). They were offered a unique chance to see the personal offices of the Party dignitaries, as well as to explore the underground archives of the House of the Party, usually closed to the public.
In Bierut's personal office we recapitulated the everyday event business, examined the newest trends and discussed the development perspectives of the event market. We also agreed on an open discussion with the participation of the unquestionable MICE authorities.
Apart from that, we invited to take part in the talks innovative event companies which proved successful in the MICE business, corporations representatives along with their subcontractors, especially those representing „new business” (inventive services and high technologies), operating on a relatively big scale and participating in big projects. The discussion allowed us to get to know their point o view, expectations and criteria for choosing our clients' offers.
The whole debate was just a preliminary to the large-scale research of the moods in the event business. The result, to be published in autumn, are to present the current situation of the event market and they are going to lead to developing a successful business models, supporting the sale and organization of events.
The meeting was organized by Event Business Association, Banking and Financing Center „Nowy Świat” and the Restaurant and Catering Jazz Bistro.
