About us
We are a joint-stock company. Our stockholders are: the State Treasury and the Warsaw University Foundation. Our seat is the former headquarters of the Central Committee of the Polish United Workers Party (KC PZPR), located in the centre of Warsaw and now owned by our company. The basic activities of the company are administration of the building and renting of its space are. Thanks to our qualified staff, we can give our tenants a guarantee of high standard services.
History
The Banking and Financing Center „Nowy Świat” company (CBF) was established in 1990. Among our first tenants there was the PKO BP bank as well as other financial market institutions.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board has three members indicated among candidates by the State Treasury Minister, a Minister responsible for public finances and a Minister responsible for Higher education, as well as two representatives of the Warsaw University Foundation.
